Joining KM6 isn't just a frat; it’s the end of your time in the cold. We have learned to play the game, and now we are changing the rules.

1. THE "HOME AT COST" MANDATE

We use our pooled dues (The Susu) to acquire land and adjudicated homes for pennies on the dollar through the CDC.

Sweat Equity: We rehab these properties using our own internal labor—our own electricians, plumbers, and builders. We pay our own brothers to do the work.

Cost-Plus Ownership: We sell the finished home back to you, the member, at cost.

The 3% Rule: You pay a flat 3% interest back to the CDC. That interest doesn't go to a bank; it goes into the Order’s Retirement Fund to secure our elders and our future, regardless of whether Social Security exists when we hit 67.

2. RANK, MENTORSHIP & GUIDANCE

In the "Outer Darkness," you are a number. In KM6, you are a Leader.

Earn Your Rank: Men move up based on their contribution, their discipline, and their mastery of the 3 Pillars.

The Sires' Duty: Once you earn your rank, your mission is to guide and protect the younger men coming in. We restore the bridge between the generations.

3. SCOUTING & THE FRATERNAL BOND

We don't just talk on screens; we move on the dirt.

Scouting Missions: We travel together to scout new lands, inspect potential "New Atlantis" sites, and evaluate adjudicated assets.

The Unbreakable Bond: These missions are where the brotherhood is forged. We work together, we eat together, and we build together. You will never be alone in a crisis again.

4. THE EVOLUTION OF THE "GOOD GUY"

We are a brotherhood of "Good Guys" who realized that being "good" isn't enough—you have to be capable.

We have learned how the system works so we can bypass it.
