1. THE "HOME AT COST" MANDATE
We use our pooled dues (The Susu) to acquire land and adjudicated homes for pennies on the dollar through the CDC.
Sweat Equity: We rehab these properties using our own internal labor—our own electricians, plumbers, and builders. We pay our own brothers to do the work.
Cost-Plus Ownership: We sell the finished home back to you, the member, at cost.
The 3% Rule: You pay a flat 3% interest back to the CDC. That interest doesn't go to a bank; it goes into the Order’s Retirement Fund to secure our elders and our future, regardless of whether Social Security exists when we hit 67.
2. RANK, MENTORSHIP & GUIDANCE
In the "Outer Darkness," you are a number. In KM6, you are a Leader.
Earn Your Rank: Men move up based on their contribution, their discipline, and their mastery of the 3 Pillars.
The Sires' Duty: Once you earn your rank, your mission is to guide and protect the younger men coming in. We restore the bridge between the generations.

Scouting Missions: We travel together to scout new lands, inspect potential "New Atlantis" sites, and evaluate adjudicated assets.
